You receive an order confirmation email immediately. Your order is queued for dispatch.

Packed in London
Your blanket is wrapped in gold tissue in the matte black Ova box. Quality checked before sealing.

Tracking sent
You receive a tracking number by email when your order leaves our warehouse. Check progress any time.

Delivered
Signature required on all orders. If you miss delivery, the carrier will leave a card with collection or redelivery options.
Returns & exchanges
30 days. No questions.
Free return.
We want every family to feel completely confident buying Ova. If it isn't right for any reason — size, colour, changed your mind — return it within 30 days for a full refund.
How to return
Email returns@ovaemf.com with your order number. We'll send a free prepaid return label within one working day. Drop it at your nearest post office.
Refund timeline
Refunds are processed within 5 working days of us receiving the item. Credited to your original payment method. We'll email you when it's done.
Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? Return your item and place a new order — we'll refund the first order once received. Or email us and we'll hold the alternative while your return is in transit.
Performance warranty returns
If your blanket fails the 2-year performance guarantee, different terms apply — email us with your order number and we'll assess and replace. Unwashed condition not required for warranty claims.
Return conditions
Items must be in original, unwashed condition in original packaging for standard 30-day returns. The Ova Meter must be in original condition with all accessories. Gift wrapping fees (£8) are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
